Jeans/Knitted Apparel/Heavy Jackets: SGD 4.00
Bags: SGD 4.00
Wigs: SGD 4.50
Shoes: SGD 4.50

Example:
You're purchasing a NTD 500 bag.
Total amt in SGD = (NTD 500) x (0.055) + (1 x 4)
= $27.50 + $4
= $31.50
